Seems like everyone here, from crossing guards and valets to nurses and surgeons, is on the same page and focused on trying to make the experience smooth for patients. Super well organized and we got helpful automated texts while waiting on someone in surgery. Im kind of shocked to see this place not near 5 stars for everyone. Ive been to some BAD hospitals. This place is top notch.
This institution is unimaginably horrible. Their oncology Multi-disciplinary Team (MDT) is in disarray at best and non-existent at worst. Thus, If you have cancer and intend to survive, please do yourself a huge favor and run to a different institution.
Front desk female in the back got so mad at me gave me a look and got aggressive I asked for a pain pill because I was in pain and she said look down with anger in her eyes and goes we would have to resubmit you and it be a few hours is that really what u want I said no I dont wanna make a hassle and then goes why didn't u ask when u were in there well I did try asking from my nurse and he said just pick some up at CVS Tylenol and or another kind I left but was still In pain and thats yeah when I went to ask so yeah she goes... read more
The people are very kind. I loved being here. The care is top-notch. The trained nurses and highly qualified doctors are kind and polite. Thank you so much. God bless you.
Would have given more stars because most of the doctors, nurses and staff are nice, But in ICU, there is a black woman nurse named Rosalyn who work on night shift on 9/8, Rosalyn had a don’t care attitude, was rude to me and my mom who drove 3.5 hours to visit my extreme sick dad. My dad was placed on hospice, and this was the last day my dad was able to speak to us.
