Just before catherization surgery, cardiologist came to me. In the results of MRI, my heart is normal. But he did it anyway. During the procedure, the Dortor was traing for two male nurses and one junior Cardiologist while I had laid down a bed for 40 minutes.
We were pleased overall with the care my family member received. However, not so happy that two hospital staff members. Using the surgery center waiting room as the their personal office loudly conduct unrelated business was rude and inappropriate. Waiting rooms are designed for family members who are there and concerned about the welfare of those being treated. For hospital staff to nit use their offices or work spaces is in very poor taste.
Worst waiting time ever. I’ve been here for three hours nearly sleep deprived and they haven’t event called my name. When I went to ask all I was told was “there’s no queue it’s just the next available room”. Guess what? Literally everyone who’s came AFTER me in this waiting room HAS LEFT to get a ROOM! I’m deeply disappointed and I do NOT recommend this hospital. They also charge too much for simple things. Take my advice and just go to a doctor.
