My family member received excellent care on Christmas Eve while being treated for an acute, critical illness. The ER triage staff (the gentleman's name I did not catch, he was wonderful as our first encounter at the hospital), the imaging staff, the ER nurses (including RN Kadija K), and doctors (including Dr. Wafa and his associate) treated my family member with compassion, respect and professionalism with a sense of urgency from the moment we arrived. For it being the best hospital yall sure do take 3 years to check on the patient and get a room to put the patient it but when it comes to billing the patient it takes less than 5 seconds..and also you should train the nurses to instead of telling people how to get to a place to take them would be much appreciated
One of the best hospital taking care at the highest level. I had an outstanding experience at Inova Hospital Fairfax for 5 months. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. The nurses and doctors took the time to listen carefully, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. Disrespectful security that doesn’t care about the patients family. The front desk said 3 people can go back and my family and I were ambushed by 4 security gaurds who shouted and said only 2 can be back here. No empathy and no care
Been in the hospital 3 days now got chronic back pain can't get no medicine even though it's on my chart can't get nobody to find time to bring it to me foot needs to be banned as twice a day and advantages of laying here on the counter of five people out of all of them nobody's done it
