I’ve been getting glasses here since grade 1 and service has always been top notch. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! The handle on my glasses broke off this afternoon, so I called up INOVA. They told me to stop in after work and they’d look at it. I got there at 7:15 and they told me my glasses were still under warranty, and they had a replacement frame ready for me. 20 minutes later I was out the door with new frames! INOVA =
Dr. Camilla Poot and the staff are the “bomb”. So thorough and caring of their patients. Highly recommend their services for total eye care. Give em a call and you will SEE for yourself…pardon the pun
I always enjoy my visit to Inova. I get such good care and advice and today my experience was exceptional because I had a concern and didn’t think anything could be done. The Optician Dave Fraser went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you team Inova I totally recommend you 100%
We are a family with pretty poor eyesight, so we've been coming to Inova for years! I've always been happy with the service we receive, and today was no different. Dana took care of us as a was very patient, kind, and friendly. She was even able to get a rush on the two pairs of glasses my daughter picked - we got them in 2 days! This is amazing, as she leaves for University this weekend. The experience was excellent, as per usual. Thank you Dana!
