I had a very disappointing worst experience with Farideh Abbasi. She was really rude and dismissive throughout my appointment and didn't take the time to listen to any of my concerns. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I would not recommend her to others

Absolutely the worst scheduling experience I have ever had. Trying to get an appointment here feels like running in circles with no way out. I’ve been calling back and forth, going to my doctor for referrals, calling them again, only to be told something else is missing each time. The front desk/reception is unhelpful, curt, and makes no effort to assist in actually getting you seen. Tried to schedule an appointment but since my doctor need not provide the correct referral form they refused to schedule an appointment. Very unhelpful.

They say reception is your first impression of a practice. Which begs the question, why are they so rude? I was calling around to make an appointment and these folks curtly told me that they can't make any appointment without referrals and diagnosis. I did have those items but the lack of helpfulness is what made me go elsewhere.No offer made to call and get records from my primary themselves. I couldn't get further. I found another practice and it was like night and day. That practice fit me in without issue and said they c... read more
