I’ve had good experiences at the office but that’s when I actually go there, because on several occasions, I’ve booked appointments six months out only for the office to call two days before my appointment to tell me Dr Davydov won’t be in and I have to reschedule. SEVERAL TIMES. How is this an acceptable practice? How am I supposed to get the treatment and medicine I need if the doctor is never in?
I waited 45 minutes for my call to be answered, which was already frustrating. As an existing patient, I expected a smoother process. However, I was told that I could not schedule an appointment without a referral. I have a PPO insurance plan that does not require referrals to see a specialist. Terrible to make an appointment x3 I was waiting for 30- 40 minutes with the Inova's Advertising. After finally talking to someone and referral sent I couldn’t still make an appointment. Unpleasant experience from a “ famous” office
It’s been a year since I left this practice but I am still blown away by the life-threatening treatment and disregard for my well-being that I received from Dr Al-Naqeeb and her staff. I phoned in a request for an Omnipod refill before I went on a 10-day vacation. When I returned I called Bryam to find out why I hadn’t received my order. They had not received one.
