Everyone was professional and friendly. Facility is new, with easy access and parking.
Probably the best hospital experience I've had in my 40+ years around. From the check-in through the triage, nursing, & doctor, everything was efficient and all of the employees were very kind, considerate, & competent. Dr. He and the team (Lex, Sean, Michelle, Leticia + front desk) were great. Thank you for the top-notch treatment; highly recommend this facility.
Awesome experience. I checked in with a bad infection in my leg. They took me in immediately and the doctors and nurses treated me with the utmost care and kindness. However, what was extremely frustrating was that the following day I needed to have my antibiotics prescription switched to a different pharmacy because my regular pharmacy was closed on Sundays. The place got busy quick after 5pm on a Friday afternoon. I finally got serviced at 9:45. The male nurse Anthony was an awesome person. The doctor was good and very quick. She did a very good job.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Inova Emergency Department. I arrived with active bleeding, which I believe should have been treated as a priority. After checking in, having my weight and vital signs taken, I was told to wait in the lobby because they needed to clean a room.
