This ER is a well-oiled machine! It has to be relatively new, but you wouldn't know it from how well the team works together. I have only good things to say, so you could stop reading now if that's all you need to know 😊 But if you want more tea, please proceed... going to the er is never an experience anyone wants, and i have severe medical anxiety, but the entire team made the process as positive as it could be. the intake team made me feel like they cared about my symptoms and made jokes with me. my nurse and doctor were both very concerned about my pain level and my symptoms. i cant recall the last time i felt so well taken care of at a hospital.

I’ve had good experiences here with the doctors and nurses. However, the one star is specifically for Latorria. She was so mean to me during check in- I was having a migraine and I told her I couldn’t look at my phone to fill out the paperwork. She started screaming at me in front of everyone and calling me stupid. Later, she came into my room and took my phone and was filling out the forms without my permission. My experience hands down was one of the best I’ve had for any emergency room nation wide. The nurses were outstanding. The front admin was friendly and outstanding. The security even was good. The doctor was amazing. Dr. Feltes listened, observed and most importantly diagnosed me with a long term issue and helped me to figure out what my illness was. I’m so gratified for this entire team even I believe her name was Latrice who did my ct scan. This was awesome.

Unless you want to be stuck with a 3000 bill just for stepping foot into this hospital and sitting in a bed, DO NOT go here or any emergency room (unless absolutely necessary). Go to your primary or an urgent care. I came in for a back sprain. Was there for two hours, I had no clue that would result in a 3000 bill…and that’s for the hospital fee only. There’s also a SEPARATE doctor’s bill that’ll kindly be sent to you too. Healthcare is a shameful. If I could give -50 rating, I would.
