The night we visited (around 10pm on a Tuesday), there were no people in front of us that I know of. The waiting room was empty when we arrived. The nurses treated my mother so well. Great bedside manors and they kept her spirits up. Service was excellent. The specialist my mother visited for her post ER follow up complemented how this ER installed the splint on her arm. My experience was beyond my imagination. The staff, the facilities, and support was excellent. I truly felt welcomed and taken care of. I am blown away by how great the entire medical staff was and their ability to manage me while I was there. Thank you so much for all of your support and care.
This ER is a well-oiled machine! It has to be relatively new, but you wouldn't know it from how well the team works together. I have only good things to say, so you could stop reading now if that's all you need to know 😊 But if you want more tea, please proceed... going to the er is never an experience anyone wants, and i have severe medical anxiety, but the entire team made the process as positive as it could be. the intake team made me feel like they cared about my symptoms and made jokes with me. my nurse and doctor were both very concerned about my pain level and my symptoms. i cant recall the last time i felt so well taken care of at a hospital.
