Yesterday, I had diarrhea and vomiting, so I decided to go to the emergency room. I just wait for few minutes in the lobby and they called my name, I was taken care of by two wonderful nurses "Ginny G., and Sheila B.," who were not only professional but also incredibly kind to me. While I was there, I experienced severe panic attack cramps that usual lasted for about 20 minutes, but "Ginny G" guided me through a breathing technique, and thanks to her help, the attack stopped within five minutes.
