I was seen for a car accident injury. I had a CT scan done. No one went over the results. This random nurse who I haven’t seen before came in with my discharge papers going over medications and follow up. I asked specifically for a head to toe examination by the doctor and to address my back pain when they asked what is my goal for this visit. Came in super dehydrated and barely able to think and I was treated with such kindness and care from every staff member and that’s something I haven’t always gotten from other ER’s. Definitely recommend coming here if you need emergency medical attention.
Very pleased with my ED experience today from intake to discharge. Staff were friendly, caring snd compassionate. They all worked together as a well-oiled machine.

Was told to show up if my chronic abdominal pain came back by my hospital team. Showed up and they basically gave me a few percocet and told me to follow up with my primary care. Officially done with Inova after my upcoming surgery. I appreciate the needless chest x-ray and shaving for an EKG I didn't require. Nice touch.
