I had to go in last night - I was in so much pain. In my 55 years of living I’ve been through my fair share of Medical/ER experiences and most of them were less than favourable. I would recommend this Emergency Room highly to anyone. I appreciate the whole team I encountered from checking in to bloodwork, scans, getting diagnosed, meds and being released/checking out - Everyone was professional and kind to boot! Great bedside manners and that means so much when you’re already nervous and hurting. THANK YOU

I checked into this emergency room unprepared with out my wallet, my ID, my insurance cards basically everything. I explained to the woman at the front that my husband would just have to bring me my stuff when he came back to pick me up, and she proceeded to make me sit there and text and call my husband, to get my “insurance information” before she would check me in. Honestly, the employees were ok. I'm SURE it is management that keeps them understaffed (only one doctor). I came in at 11:50pm the other night and waited 4.5 hours for a 5 minute check. I see others saying they felt forgotten about, and that is my experience as well. Once I was brought to the hallway, nobody communicated with me on how long my wait would be, possible options, etc. Dr. was nice and some of the nurses were (others were unprofessional). I had a deep cut on my hand that required stitching and went to the emergency room on Saturday night at 11 p.m. I was in and out of the ER in just 30 minutes. The personnel there were very nice, professional, and efficient. I was very impressed.
