If we had an actual choice to go elsewhere, we would. Unfortunately there aren't many options for pediatric endocrinology. I've spoken to a doctor for about an hour (total) in the past two years and no complains there. They rely heavily on nursing staff, nurse practitioners, & educators; while normally that means more attention and faster replies, they have made every appointment so hostile and tense that my child screams & cries as soon as she learns we are scheduled to see them. We saw Dr. Lindsay Walden today for poor growth and she was SOOO kind and respectful. She asked consent for every single thing she did for her physical exam and spoke to my son who is 12 respectfully, like a small adult. She explained everything extensively and left room for questions. I didn’t feel rushed and my son liked her. If you need a pediatric endocrinologist this is the person you should see! She is amazing and I’m grateful we found her. Highly highly recommend her and if I could give her 10 stars I would!
