had a very frustrating experience at this place. I went multiple times to have my Nexplanon removed, and they refused to help me. Instead of providing proper care, they kept giving me excuses and delaying the process. What made it worse is that they tried to blame me for the situation, which is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. As a patient, I expect clear answers and proper medical attention, not excuses and blame. This kind of treatment is disrespectful and concerning. Doctor O is great! She’s so sweet and very thorough. Communication is very clear.
Cynthia Lopez was the best provider I have had in a minute!! She was super welcoming, made me feel like I knew her for a long time. Explained my options to me in detail, even being green lit by my other providers she still wanted to do her own research to make sure I was taking the correct medication and that I didn’t encounter any interactions. The nurse who worked me up, was also very sweet. They seemed like they enjoy their job, and make sure everyone knows it.. I cannot stop raving about this place.
The front desk are unprofessional and never answer calls. At minimum, you have to wait 20 minutes just to have the call hang up on you. It's amazing that Inova is not taking care of this issue. The Drs are good but the front desk is giving this location a bad name. My recommendation is to stay away from this location and find another provider.
