If I could do 0 stars I would. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get access to imaging that was done. The website and phone number keep pushing you to their web portal for requests but no one actually fulfills the online request. The web portal doesn't have anyone specific to contact, no option to reply to an existing request and no one actually confirms they received the request and an anticipated fulfillment date. Website phone number doesn’t work
Had a barium swallow done, nurses and doctor were great.
Went for a yearly mammogram and had the worst experience. I immediately felt pain during the screening and told the technician that I was experience sharp shooting pain in my breast, it was ignored. I had to go back two weeks later to have the breast looked at again through an ultrasound because the pain was unbearable. The women who spoke to me about my pain ignored and played the pain off.. I suffered for 2 months with extreme pain in the right breast because of the screening. I will not go back again.
