My poor wife. Too many people in HealthCARE lately who Don't CARE at ALL! we have 3 kids and are very busy. She has been feeling under the weathe & is trying to figure out what is wrong. She had 2 Ultrasounds scheduled back to back for Fri, & Sat 9/5/25,9/6/25. One shows upper abdominal, the other lower, but very similar exams. I went here for an ultrasound and got charged a ridiculous amount. Their phone number is hard to reach, and their customer service is intentionally designed to be difficult. Be very careful and make sure you know how much you’re paying before signing up for an ultrasound here. Obviously this is just my anecdotal experience, but they basically applied two charge codes to my bill even though only one was fair and gave a minimal explanation for it when I followed up (which took two weeks for that simple explanation). Worst customer service I’ve ever had
If I could do 0 stars I would. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get access to imaging that was done. The website and phone number keep pushing you to their web portal for requests but no one actually fulfills the online request. The web portal doesn't have anyone specific to contact, no option to reply to an existing request and no one actually confirms they received the request and an anticipated fulfillment date.
