Impossible to get ahold of a person. Moreover, they can't find orders from Inova doctors in the Inova system. The tech and doctor were nice—everyone else is rude.

Requesting imaging is extremely difficult because the staff are extremely rude. They had an attitude over email and refused to look at the form I had attached to request results. I repeatedly sent the document thinking I had done something wrong on my end but realized they were giving me attitude from the very first email and they were reading the email incorrectly. My poor wife. Too many people in HealthCARE lately who Don't CARE at ALL! we have 3 kids and are very busy. She has been feeling under the weathe & is trying to figure out what is wrong. She had 2 Ultrasounds scheduled back to back for Fri, & Sat 9/5/25,9/6/25. One shows upper abdominal, the other lower, but very similar exams. I went here for an ultrasound and got charged a ridiculous amount. Their phone number is hard to reach, and their customer service is intentionally designed to be difficult. Be very careful and make sure you know how much you’re paying before signing up for an ultrasound here. Obviously this is just my anecdotal experience, but they basically applied two charge codes to my bill even though only one was fair and gave a minimal explanation for it when I followed up (which took two weeks for that simple explanation).
