While I’m not an official tenant just yet, I have to give a shout out to Ava. I’m relocating from out of state and looked at so many different complexes to find the right apartment. Great place to live. Very calm neighborhood with great amenities. Pleasant atmosphere with accessible shopping centers and recreation areas.
I recently moved into Inova Apartments, and the entire process was smooth and welcoming thanks to the leasing team! From when I was given a tour to move in day, they really went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They truly are an incredible asset to the community and I’m so glad I chose Inova!
This place is terrible you have to deal with all the people speeding in and out of the mall. People are rude driving into complex using exit side lof the gate since it's been broken for over a year. There's only one speed limit sing no one reads I've almost been hit trying to turn. And i keep seeing people throwing away lots of trash in the trash cans that don't even live hear.
