I love and really enjoy living here! Everyone in the office are always nice and friendly.
Imagine living for two years with a broken, fallen tree, and nasty dirty hallways to your apartments door these constant symbols of the complex's neglect. That was my reality. The dog parks? Forget about them. Weeks of accumulated dog waste turned them into a health hazard. Every time I went in the office, there was a new face; the staff turnover was unbelievable. The community internet is absolutely terrible. I got a super short lease cause I'm looking for a house, but I would not be able to deal with it. If you do any amount of online gaming stay far far away from Inova. The ping is over 200ms and 4-5 times a day there are complete losses of connection for 1-2 minutes. Inova should completely drop the community internet cause all it does is hurt them.
i looooove living here! meg has been nothing but kind to me over the 4 years of living here and maintenance (especially jesse!) is so helpful and quick to respond to requests. i love all of the amenities like the nice gym,(which i need to use more often haha) pool, valet trash, nice lounge, package lockers and sooo much more stuff!! my apartment is a pretty decent size and good value as well. i would recommend living here!
This apartment complex is the biggest scam in Reno. They bill themselves as "luxury" yet the hallways of all the units smell like garbage and have stains everywhere. They have on site laundry facilities and some units are on a 3rd story, meaning you need to walk up 12 flights of stairs just to do one load of laundry. The craziest issue is that all the lights flash and flicker and have been doing so for over a year. It's like being at a rave.
