I went there today I got myself an ebike the workers there are all very nice and respectful they got my bike all hooked up for and made sure I was good I don't regret getting I thank everyone there
I do not recommend anybody getting an e-bike from this place. I purchased one for my son he rode it for only a little while the back Rim fell completely off the bike causing him to get hurt. The wire to the motor got damaged because of the rim coming off.i put the tire back on the bike. Now it does not work and they will not do anything to help fix or replace the bike
