It’s a shame. She was a beautiful person than changed into something that doesn’t want to speak and explain anything to me. I’m so sad. She avoids speaking with me. The manager Lindsey doesn’t return any calls. I’ve left numerous calls the last 3 months. Diane refers everyone to VOICEMAIL. Dr. Carano doesn’t want to speak with me, why?? That’s all I want to know. She is the sweetest person and worked so well with my surgeon who he is in awe about this entire ordeal. She spoke so well about me to him.
