Pollard Brook Resort is UNFAIR to owners Although this is a nice place to visit, DO NOT BUY A T IMESHARE HERE this is the only timeshare that charges a special assessment fee during economic crisis and expects owners to pay an extra $500.00 a year and get nothing for this. They have had many people default on their yearly fees so now they are requiring the people who pay every year to foot the bill for the others that don't, and also help pay for the sister lodge that was opened a few years ago that they can not afford to ru... read more
This is also a timeshare resort. It is one of the nicer resorts around. Unlike alot of these resorts they come pick up your trash daily. They clean once a week. They are right down the street from Loon Mountain and if you want to see moose follow the vans around dusk.
