Just horrible!!!!!! The management team deserves a failing grade!!!
This place is an amazing place to relax and unwind. The place is well taken care of and the grounds are amazing. Definitely a great place to come with your family and enjoy nature.
I’d like to start by saying that communication with the staff was very good, which we appreciated. The location was also great. That said, the home itself needs quite a bit of TLC and a deep cleaning. - Some of the main issues we noticed: - The guest room bed was broken. - Several loose boards and nails on the deck made it feel unsafe, and one chair was also broken. - Shower handles were stripped and did not work properly. - The main floor toilet paper holder was broken (an easy fix). - Deep cleaning was needed around the fr... read more
