I was looking into some places for a spring girls trip and fell in love with this place. I called to ask some questions and Gail ( the general manager) was extremely rude. She made me feel dumb for asking questions and was very short with me. I guess I won't be stay here
Outdated, moldy tubs and no hot water. They advertise whirlpool tubs in the room, but who wants to take a cold bath? Ffs, appliances from the 90’s, just about harvest gold in color. Chipped paint, worn carpets and a horrible “old” smell.
The units are dated. Unit 201 smelled musty, the bathroom tub flooring needs to be refinished. The beds need up dating. I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital. The stiff cotton sheets and comforter are all white. Bed is small for a master and crinkles. The dishes are all white too. The stove burns do not sit flat. Refrigerator is old but works. We arrived later evening with a list of dos and don’ts for the unit including report any damage and remove your trash. We spoke with Maximilian who was professional and kind to report our concerns about dirty dish and silverware, a broken glass, and mold in the tub. Due to time (a short weekend getaway) and lack of availability in alternate rooms we felt the need to stay where we were and asked for compensation (comp one night) - we sent pictures to management and spent well over 3 hours trying to get things resolved.
