We loved our stay at the JD house. Breakfast is included and delivered to your room every morning. They have a great wine and cheese reception late afternoon. They went above and beyond and brought my friend an ice pack when she had a migraine one morning.
Very nice place to stay while in Mendocino. The room was nice. They had a wine and cheese get together every day at 4. Breakfast is brought to your room - but you could eat in the dining room. The chef plans and prepares the breakfast each morning - so be sure to let them know ahead of time if you have any restrictions. Easy walk to everything in town. Just don’t park under the trees - your car will thank you in the morning.
Beautiful, charming, and elegantly decorated in a sophisticated but comfortable way. Gorgeous views of Mendocino Bay and the Pacific. Exquisite cottage flower gardens surround the inn on all sides. One of my very favorite places in the world, which is why we keep coming back!
This was our 5th time staying here! It’s our go to spot every time we come to Mendocino. The daily breakfast is so lovely, the wine and cheese hour is also such a nice touch and the cookies they serve are so delicious! The view from the room can’t be beat. We love it here and will keep coming back. It’s so relaxing!
