I've used Innovo for years, maybe 6 niw, and they alway provide fantastic service and kerp the tub running great.
I met Daniel today who services our hot tub and he was very professional and polite! It's fantastic to have this service available because we don't have to worry about a single thing except enjoying it.
My water level has been several inches below the top jets for two months with the water level being reported as “topped off” and “good”. Not to mention the repeated green cloudy water (per their own photos) I am off site property owner so IDK what is going on as the tub had been drained, refilled and new filter right before this. I saw the mess in person yesterday, looked up service records and saw photos of this being an ongoing issue) and sent email with current photos and called today and LM…so far cricks for this unhappy... read more
Innova has taken care of my hot tub at my short term rental for a couple of years now. Communication has always been consistent. They have kept the hot tub in good condition and clean. Highly recommend.
