Contracted with them to service house and left the water green. Owner Cody lied about performing service. Wouldn’t even call to apologize and doubled down on lie, charging me for service unperformed. Dishonest and lacking integrity, owner without a spine.
My phone app for my Hot Springs spa says that the salt system is off. I had texted you to ask about that and see if this can be enabled. You have not answered me to explain either way. Can you get back to me on this?
This is the 2nd year I have used Innovo to winterize our hot tub. Tech arrived early and did a thorough, efficient job. I’ll be using them again next year for all my maintenance needs. Jesse completed our Spring opening for year 3 and did a great job. I’m not thrilled with their AI answering system, but once you’re able to reach a live person, they have been able to accommodate my needs.
