I am leaving a review because living here has been way too stressful at this point. I have had enough. I have lived here since August 2020 as soon as it became available. The best thing about it is the price since it is affordable housing after all. I also appreciate the facilities like a gym, the pool, and most of all, the walking distance from BART that allows me to travel to SJSU easily. I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The management staff is professional, friendly, and truly cares about the residents. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.
I had a great experience living at Innovia Apartments. The unit itself was very well-designed and comfortable. When I first moved in, I did have to do a full clean of the apartment myself, but after settling in, everything went smoothly. The community felt safe, I never had any issues with theft or disturbances, and any time I needed maintenance, the team was quick and responsive. I live at Innovia at Warm Springs, and I’ve had an extremely stressful and disappointing experience with Nora, the property manager. An incident happened on March 18th that left me without a fully functional bathroom. It has now been 81 days, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
