One hour wait. They have only two doctors and one of them decided to do procedure while I was waiting for her. Avoid if you can I don’t know how can they keep their business
DO NOT use this office. all of their providers are leaving, office staff is completely rude and has no patience or kindness whatsoever. i’ve been dealing with intense pain bc of an IUD, called to meet with my doctor, only to learn she has left this practice and i have to use another office where i called and was left on the phone for 20+ minutes talking with an AI before being hung up on. tried to schedule another appointment here with a different doctor, only to be contacted by innovative women’s saying my appointment is ca... read more
1.5 hour wait for 5 minutes with the doctor. Avoid if you can - it’s not worth the headache. I read the reviews and still came hoping for the best as they had a cancellation and could see me fast- or so I thought. The front staff was polite. After 20 minutes waiting in the waiting room I was taken in the back. The nurse took my vitals and told me the doctor would be right out, I wait another 30 minutes until a student doing their residency came. If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve had the worst experience with Dr.Muldrow! She accepts more patients than she can handle. So you will always wait or have your appointments rescheduled. When it comes time for you to be in labor she won’t show up. She won’t be at your delivery not even when you go into an emergency C-section. Postpartum.. she also won’t be there to check on you.
