Worked with Terry in 2022. Great to work with, quick to respond and reliable. Had some challenges with manufacturer mistake but Terry was flexible and persistent with ensuring final installation was as we wanted. Would work with him again and recommend to anyone looking for assistance with blind installation.

During the process we had an issue with the first shades we ordered, but he was able to get me in touch with the manufacturer, figure out the right thing to order, and finish the job at no expense charge.
