I’ve had been to many waxing studios and I can say without a doubt that Marcia is the best waxer that I have ever met. She is perfectionist in her craft and ease you from the moment she picks up the phone to the moment you arrive at the studio. Great customer service. She makes you feel comfortable and her studio is very cozy and clean. If you feel self conscious and awkward about yourself, I guarantee you will feel relaxed and confident around this lady. Marcia is absolutely amazing! She is so gentle and caring. I have extremely sensitive skin and the wax she uses causes NO irritation. I have been seeing her for a couple of years and will not go anywhere else! She is always so sweet, going to Innovative Wax Studio is just an all around great experience. I highly recommend!
