UPDATE: I have to revise my review rating a bit only because the new woman at the front desk is terrible. She is rude, argumentative, and does not know how to process copays correctly. She argued about what medicine the doctor said he was going to give me, and when I was correct, she came back in and jabbed me so hard with the needle I had a bruise for 2 weeks. I had a New Patient appointment and Kerrie Baker and her staff made this unfamiliar place feel like home. We are new to this area and while I did research on PCPs in the surrounding areas, Kerrie Baker was recommended quite often. And I see why, from the second I walked in the office I felt comfortable, and everything went smoothly. The staff is very helpful. Thank you for a great first time experience.
