Needed assistance for a female geriatric's medical issue. Great service and assistance from Nurse Practitioner
Shocking that there is no place in Bandera to get a few stitches for a minor cut! With all the tourists and dude ranches, someone's gonna need urgent care without having to drive a half hour to Kerrville. This establishment would not help at all!
I have been here 3 times. The 1st time was great. No problems. This was going to my "go to" place from now on. The 2nd time I was very ill I went on a Friday and they were closed. Although the website said they were open. I called another location and all they said was the Bandera location is closed today. No explanation as to why. So I posted a review letting people know that even though the website said they're open, they are not. Authorization time excellent by office staff RN Krizza, Abigail, and Rosalinda. Dr. Peter Schanen was very good listener and helped managed my issues. I didn't feel rushed throughout the visit
