Large selection of items to choose from and great quality. JJ is a great guy to deal with, being very patient and he comes up with great ideas on his own or builds off your ideas.

JJ was very helpful when we were choosing our backsplash. Beyond having the ideal subway tile for our new kitchen, he was able to educate us on the fine details of choosing the right tile and design.
After trying different stores without luck, I drove the 45 miles to see JJ at Innovative Tile & Stone. My sister recommended him last year when she had a great experience with him. I could see why! Wow! I was looking for back splash for a small kitchen. Of course no one wants small jobs. After being dismissed by a few tile stores and or bringing home samples which no one liked a friend tells me about Innovative Tile in Union. JJ was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, understands color, is creative and actually listens. Came home with samples that complimented my cabinets and granite just based on pictures, which sometimes are not the best tool. The service was outstanding. Back splash done and looks great!
