We've had Dan and his crew on multiple projects over the years from a small bath remodel to a full kitchen. It was a pleasure working with Dan ... everything went so smoothly and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Jobsite was always kept clean and organized ... this was important to us. Dan and his team at Innovative Tile did a great job on our two bathrooms and patio. The travertine tile was ordered from Italy which messed up the timing a bit but Dan was flexible and able to work to my schedule. They worked very fast and the work they did was immaculate. Highly recommended!
You can never be sure when dealing with new construction betwen contractor and sub. This subcontractor was really nice. When asking for a large tile over-run (so he wouldn't run out - typical), I saw leftover tile when he left. However, when the contractor left, all of the luxury brand special run tile was gone. Innovative told me that they ran out of the luxury tile with not one tiny piece left of any of 6 tile selections Then ... right away, I noticed that there were places in the shower where luxury tile was never install... read more
