I had major lymphedema of my arm after prior surgery many years ago & with her great knowledge, major expertise, and gifted approach to the problem I no longer have a lymphedema problem.
She really helped me to understand the problem and how to solve it
Started out great and ended up dealing with a condescending, unprofessional, unorganized, crazy. All 8 meetings started 10-15 minutes late. Yesterday was further delayed because she went on a tirade about how untrained her great staff is. Most times she had no memory of what we did last because she did not review my file, or maybe did not have one? She would ask ME what to do. I think Mary and Janell are saving my life!! The hands-on treatments, wraps, and education about the lymphatic system are absolutely necessary to manage this condition. 5 stars is simply not enough to give to Mary and her team at Innovative Therapy, PC!! I was in a car accident that injured my brain and my neck. I was a complete mess by the time I found Mary - constant neck pain, constant headache, brain fog, light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, profound physical, mental and emotional fatigue, barely able to make it through the day.
