I believe this firm is now closed, or at least rebranded as De Novo Tax & Advisers, who I haven't done business with so I will spare that company. Recently I scanned in paperwork and found tax returns from a decade or so ago from Kathi and Innovative Tax Solutions, that gave me the idea to review. Over years (up until 2021) Kathi would repetitively not reply for weeks to my better half on what was needed for tax filing. I highly recommend Innovative Tax Solutions. In addition to preparing my taxes, they have saved me thousands of dollars over the years through their quarterly tax planning services. I use them for both my business and personal taxes. Very trustworthy people!

I called and spoke to Kathy about my situation with dependents. She was going to research it and get back to me. 3 weeks later I still have not heard back from her even though I left messages. If Kathy couldn't help me then at least she could have called and told me. I would have still use them for my tax needs but now I'm going to go with someone else.
