Best company bar none ! Lisa has great customer service thank you so much for your extra mile run to give me that peace of mind I needed . I recommend them especially if you get a great person like Lisa . She’s not the only one but I Loved her tenacity to help and make sure I was satisfied and had no questions or concerns . Now that’s what I’m talking about.

I felt alone, helpless, and scared when I realized that my taxes were not filled for 3 years in a row. At the beginning of my first phone call Peter was so great in making my problems seem like our problems and he had the answers for those problems! He and his team really put me at ease and kept me there with amazing communication, yes, actual human conversations both via phone calls and texts.

Honest and genuine! Our case manager was hard-working, honest and dependable. If she told her she would do something she did. Stayed in touch never felt like we were there on our own. Theyre a very, very good company and she represents them well.They are a little bit expensive depending on what you need but as long as you get a good case manager, youre in good hands thevery first case manager we got two years ago was horrible.
