Darren inspected a home I was under contract for to give a report on the structural integrity and provide opinions on a few visible structural issues. He was able to schedule us quickly which I appreciated and showed up right on time. He was professional but I wouldn't say overly communicative or friendly while on site. INnovatieve structural services did an inspection for us on our property IN lake wood. Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and told me what more i would need to do before selling it. Very happy that I went with them to do the inspection.
It was a pleasure working with Innovative structural services. It was my first time purchasing a property and I had a lot of concerns and questions. They made this whole process a breeze. He did a though inspection of the property (talk about paying attention to details), walked me thru each items specifically, and answered every questions I had and didn't have. His inspection report is on point, detailed with pictures and easy to understand. A+ for availability and customer service.
