I been going to ISC since 2018 and joining was one of the best decisions I ever made. This gym has truly become one of my happy places. The coaches are amazing !! They are knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about helping everyone succeed. I wish I could emphasize just how incredible this gym truly is. I’ve been a member at other strength and conditioning and CrossFit gyms, and while I loved them, this place is special. The community here is beautiful. You won’t find a more supportive and welcoming group of people who genuinely care about and cheer each other on in fitness and in life. I highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to push their limits! The coaching here is next level, where all the coaches have great knowledge and hold you accountable to do your best.
I’ve been going to ISC since 2013. The owner (Toraino) and his crew have supported me throughout all stages of life and aspirations—pre-kids/marriage, powerlifting competitions, wedding prep, 2 pregnancies, and coming back while trying to balance it all. I’ve taken months and even 1-2 years off from ISC, training in a garage gym, and even other local gym, but nothing compares. The community and programming cannot be found anywhere else—and I’ve looked. ISC always feels like home.
