We used Innovative Stone SRQ for our renovation project of our kitchen and Master bath. They were gracious enough to hold onto our specifically selected slabs of Taj Mahal for longer than expected when we had a change of contractors. Then we had a few issues with our install, but Cali and staff did everything they could to make sure everything was taken care of, and that we were completely satisfied in the end! We really appreciate everything they did and we love our finished product! Everything is gorgeous!
Be careful with this place! We had to replace just a section of our countertop that Innovative Stone SRQ installed 2017. First, we picked out a remnant stone and it was measured wrong, which we found out when they delivered it. That delayed our move in date and they took it back, but then we were told we needed to replace the entire side to have it match, which was twice as much money and they didn't have enough of the same slab.
