We are repeat customers and we won't be using this company in the future. The communication has been unprofessional from the start; having to pull information (requesting information about the buying and installation process) verses what should have been a push from the company and responding to emails asking for clarity with short, terse email in ALL CAPS. To top it all off, the granite slab had a crack on front and back of sink opening which the office manager argued was a 'fissure", which are not something you can run you... read more
