We've dealt with other local Spa retailers and their service department before with limited success, Innovative Spa Sales and Service team on the other hand provide excellent on time service and are very knowledgeable. Service Manager Thomas is an outstanding technician, who not only excels at technical expertise but also took the time to educate us on better ways of maintaining our spa.
Thomas did a great job checked out hot tub fix problems. He even looks younger then when he installed it 3 years ago thank you
Our hot tub was not maintaining temperature and we kept getting an error code. Thomas Duval come out, was very thorough, professional, and knowledgable. He made sure all my questions were answered. At the end explained what all needed to be done and why to get our hot tub up and running correctly. I will absolutely recommend Innovative Spas and especially Thomas Duval to our neighbors and will keep them on my list of trusted companies!
