When every place I looked for a circuit board was not to willing to sell it. Everyone wanted the motor sent to them. On a Softub FB page, Innovative Spa reached out and we were able to purchase one. Reasonable price and quick shipping. Wonderful people who I spoke with first CEO and service, billing department. So happy we found Innovative Spa! Keep up the amazing work!

Innovative Spas was brought attention to an individual who was making very derogatory comments to BPOC, and as soon as the issue was brought to them the individual tried manipulating them into believing his account was hacked to save his job, but I.S. didnt fall for it. We have used Innovative Spas for years to repair both our pool and spa. They always send Tom out, who is outstanding. This year he installed a new motor and completely tuned everything up for the new season. I highly recommend Innovative.

I had my pool open this morning by Thomas Duval he was very professional and quick. I need a few things fixed and he already has the parts ordered so that once my home warranty calls them to do the repair they will already be ready to come out and fix my issues, which saves me time and a piece of mind my 5 kids are ready to swim and he made sure it won’t take forever to get fixed.
