We made the switch after having a couple years of very high tax liability. As a multi-unit franchise owner we felt like we needed a firm that could review our financials throughout the year and help us make decisions that would minimize our tax burden. They have been very helpful with educating us on how to do this and analyzing how certain steps (like setting up a 401k for our employees) could either hurt or help our tax liability at the end of the year. They are very knowledgeable and customer service is a top priority.
