I came to innovative smile originally feeling defeated and discouraged with the dentistry practices in Gig Harbor. Dr Grimm was the 3rd dentist that I’d seen after relocating from CA. The quality of those first 2 dentists and billing practices were clearly not interested in integrity and honesty. But when I came to innovative smiles, my discouragement turned to excitement as their billing was very straight forward and honest and I knew exactly how much the visit was going to cost. If there were a championship belt for dentistry, Dr. Grimm would be walking around with it. Best damn dentist there is—hands down. Somehow he makes drilling in my mouth feel like a VIP spa treatment (minus the cucumber water). I don’t know how he does it, but I actually look forward to going to the dentist now… which should be impossible. 5/5 would let him stick sharp objects in my mouth again.

One of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had! Beautiful office, knowledgeable, and kind staff. Dr. Grimm is a one of a kind dentist and can’t wait to come back!
