I arrived eight minutes before my scheduled 3:15 appointment and was in the chair with a bib on at 3:13. Dr Ho and her assistant Shane took care of my two fillings quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy to have found this dental office and especially Dr Ho.

The team at this office has been beyond helpful as I navigate my first individual dental insurance plan. Erica has been very helpful explaining options to cover additional financial costs needed for my treatment. Dr. Ho is very professional and welcoming to all my questions. She explains in an understandable way the reason behind the procedures that are performed at my visits. I feel welcomed and in good hands at every appointment. Very glad I found Innovative Smiles Long Beach on ZocDoc to care for my dental needs.

Came in for a check up (x-rays), and then later on a cleaning and other dental work. Im super impressed with them. The staff is dope to say the least, special thanks to Erica, Shane, and Dr. Ho! They also are quite honest with costs, insurance, etc before you receive services. I recommend giving them a try and to go in with high expectations, they are worth it.

I had a great experience. The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood my treatment options. I really appreciated how informative and caring everyone was. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist!
