I recently visited this facility to have my left molar tooth (No16) removed.After initial assessment and X-ray examination,I was informed that I will require a bone replacement graft .Feeling a bit uncertain,I decided to take a second opinion and asked for a copy of my X-rays to show to a new dentist.However despite making several calls and receiving reassurance,I never received my X-rays.I later discovered that it is my right as a patient,under federal law,to request my records.
I’ve been coming to this dental office for nearly 4 years now, and they’ve consistently delivered exceptional care.
