This company is a joke! And possibly a fraud!!! My camera system was broken due to a cable company installing, phone, Internet. The tech broke my dvr box. I got approval from cox cable to have the system diagnostic and replaced if needed. The company cane to my house many times. After about the 3rd time they said I needed to replace the ENTIRE camera system that it was not able to be repaired!
