I have had many home and office alarms over the years and Innovative Security & Audio has done a far superior job than any other company I have ever had in the past. I was given the pertinent information to make all the right choices in products for each of my systems and couldn't be anymore pleased with everything including the monitoring that is done local and not in another country at a great price. I plan on being a customer for another 20 years.
The only time my alarm went off when I had them, I never got a call or anything. Also, when my contract was up, I was misinformed on how to cancel the contract when I called them. I paid well beyond the 3 year contract for a service I wasn't using anymore. The only good thing about this company was the price.
Quick response to alarms. Professional and knowledgeable install to my system.
I had a great experience with ISA. We were able to reduce our alarm monitoring from $50 to $22 per month. They installed a new alarm system and we now have the ability to arm and disarm the alarm using our smart phone and app.
The professional installation was wonderful. The techs were skilled and knowledgeable about the system and trained us well. I like that the alarm station is located here in OKC and their response call time is under 90 seconds.
