I have been a customer of Innovative RV for years and have had the best experiences. As a full time RV’er it was always rough when I was in need of a large repair, but Kendall rescued me many times. From losing power to half of my rig in the middle of summer, a slide being broken, or my AC needing to be replaced he was always there for us. Many times answering texts/calls on nights or weekends. Kendall replaced the cooling unit in our 5th wheel and did a fantastic job. He's knowledgeable and reliable. He went out of his way to help us with a battery issue at the last minute which allowed us to not postpone our trip. He's the best! Thank you again, Kendall!
