The office employees are very nice and the workers are very respectful. The final result was good and we were happy with it. However, getting the project complete was very challenging and the final cost was much higher than it should have been. Delay after delay made a 2-3 week project take over 6 months to complete. It was infuriating to have no communication or responses to our inquiries for days (sometimes weeks) and then to receive completely false information that nearly ended the project.
