Don't do business with these people. RUN!!!!! I see they keep taking down all the negative reviews. We hired them to build our new house. Problem after problem. Still have problems that they won't fix. Cracking and flaking concrete. Doors and windows leak air and water drywall in bedroom ceiling has water spots from where the roof leaked. Innovative renovations built our house south of manilla. Nothing but problems. All the doors and windows leak, air and water. Roof was leaking so now we have water stains on our bedroom ceiling. Deck is sagging. Egress window is leading about a half gallon of water each time our rains. Concrete is cracking and flaking.
