I was charged a 75.00 fee for missing my appointment, which I did make a mistake and miss. I then was not given the same 24 hour notice when they had to cancel my appointment due to Dr. illness. So, clients not given same courtesy that they will charge for. I should have listened to other negative reviews. I will not return. Too many other quality clinics.

Nice Therapist. I was charged a $75.00 missed appointment fee, which was mistake. However, i was given less than their 24 hour timeline when they canceled an appointment because their therapist was ill. So basically, you do mot get the same treatment that they expect. I will not return. Not when so many other excellent clinics are available. I should have listened to the other reviews!

These people are the worst. Only in it for the money, not helping their patients. They bill you even when you cancel. They are unsympathetic, non-understanding practice. I have seen other psychologists who waive the visits or just charge you $50-they charge full rates. I emailed and left voice messages for cancelling appointments and that did not matter, even when I cancelled on a Friday for a Monday appointment I got charged. This is so unfair. Do not go here.
