Came in to have them help my dad on his prosthetic because he has been feeling some discomfort. We also came to look for help on a new prosthetic. I thought I was going to have to make an appointment, but they attended and helped us out pretty quickly. Really friendly staff.

Update in 2023: the communication issues have not been resolved. After waiting for nearly two weeks to hear back (after an email and a voicemail) about new orthotics, we are going with a different, way more responsive provider. I think as long as Allison works here and handles patient communication, we will not be back. Update: after submitting negative reviews, I had the owner contact me and fix the issue. Update: after submitting negative reviews, I had the owner contact me and fix the issue. While I very much appreciate his assistance, it shouldn’t have had to come to that. I hope the business makes better hiring choices in the future as it relates to the people responsible for direct customer contact. Avoid this place at all costs if you want any sort of timely help, ordering and service afterwards. We got SMOs through them and the experience has been nothing but a disappointment. Nice and friendly at consultation. Waiting since june for final consultation for fitting for my son. Called 3 times still no call back.!!!!-
