Dylan and Joey have been great to work with since we had our pool completed this Spring. From teaching us how to use and manage the new equipment, responding to our questions in a timely manner and being reliable to service our pool on a weekly basis. Our pool is always clean and safe to use. Highly recommend Innovative Pool Solutions!
I would give them zero star if I have an option. I contacted them in March for our spa pool summer maintenance. Dylan Owens was the main person who was helping me. He answered all my questions and send me an online pool maintenance contract which I signed and submitted. I contacted Dylan and asked him if he can stop by so I can show him few things and discuss what I need. Replaced liner for us and turned out great. Very good communication and was very transparent with us
