This is a somewhat odd review as we actually did not make a purchase from Innovative Pool Products but I want to highlight the wonderful service/support they provide. We recently put in a new paver pool deck around a 30 year old in-ground Gunite pool. We then had need to replace the ancient pool rail that was removed during the paver project. After working with pool several companies online and on the phone, We ordered a pool rail and ladder from Innovative pools. No one had the item in stock, and none of the other companies could give me any time frame for delivery. I contacted the manufacturer, they told me that it would probably take about 7 weeks to have the items delivered. They suggested I contact Innovative Pools. Innovative pools was able to work with the manufacture and have the products delivered in less than four weeks. They have great customer service... read more
