HORRIBLE. Had to come back numerous times and then denied responsibility when system failed within 3 months of their service. RUN!!!!!! I even had another provider come out and call them on the service and they stumbled over their answers. STAY AWAY!!!

Innovative Pool Concepts Inc. Have been really great to work with, they are very patient, understanding professionals. We are really happy with their service they provided and will not be looking around anywhere else when I need help with my pool! Definitely recommend their great service!!!
