It's almost a crime to give these people only one star for not wearing masks. You could have asked them to put masks on. Entire countries didn't mask. These people are top rate. So he leaves you a while as you are doing his exercises. So what? What he says and what he directs you to do is golden.

I want to alert anyone that Innovative Physical Therapy do not follow CDC guidelines. He did not wear a mask while working with my daughter. I didn't expect this at a health care facility and it placed us in an awkward position. I will not be returning.

I agree with the reviews by Susan can Wyk and Nate. Both are true. no mask on Brad and if you're lucky, 5 minutes of one-on one. Where I'm going now, the therapist works with me the full time I'm there.

Brad's an okay guy but the whole station rotation concept is not what people pay for. There is about 5mins of one on one each session with the physical therapist. Other than that go hit the machines.
